What’s done to the used Darman cabinets to make them “like
new”?
Components
automatically replaced with new parts:
Hood, logo mirror, suction cups, outmoded parts (where possible),
drive rollers are replaced with our new rubber drive roller system
(which lengthens the life of your cloth roll towels), broken parts,
outdated cams are replaced with the newer sintered steel cams, old
brown backs are replaced with new black backs, and any worn or rusty
parts that do not meet our standards are replaced.
Updates
in mechanisms:
We install the latest style steel cam, replace both drive rollers
with the new rubber version (which lengthens your cloth roll towel
life), and where feasible we install the latest version of the time
delay mechanism.
Replacement
of exterior parts for cosmetic reasons:
These parts include: towel guide, bin and back. If these plastic
parts do not meet our standards, they are replaced (if a back has
minor paint on the edges, we may elect to spray paint the edges
black or replace it).
Bent
and dented parts:
Are repaired to our specifications or replaced.
Cleaning:
The cabinet is thoroughly cleaned inside and outside.
Testing:
We test each unit to assure trouble free operation.
Packaging:
We put the cabinets in plastic bags and place them in specially
designed new reinforced cartons to protect their great looks and
to help prevent any shipping damages.
* Here’s
why Darman Rebuilt CRT cabinets provide you the best value for your
money, compared to other companies’ reconditioned cabinets.
Only
new replacement parts are used (not salvaged parts which
are often used by re-conditioners).
A new
hood with your logo mirror is supplied, to make your cabinet
look like new (we do not paint hoods or use blank mirrors like most
re-conditioners).
Upgrading
of the cabinet to the latest version, if feasible, by replacing
obsolete parts (not done by re-conditioners).
Install
the new roller system that increases the life of your towels
(not done by re-conditioners).
Replacement
of other plastic parts, that just don’t meet our
appearance standards, helps make the cabinet look like new (not
done by re-conditioners).
New
parts supplied for overly rusty parts, even if the parts
are still functional (re-conditioners don’t provide this service).
Preventative
maintenance, which eliminates costly callbacks. Not done
by many reconditiners. Some reconditioners don’t even fix
the existing problem(s) - they just clean and paint the cabinets.
Work
done by the same experts who made the cabinets (not available
from re-conditioners).
Packaged
in our standard new cabinet packaging, designed to protect
the looks and prevent shipment damage, with the box labeled either
ReBuilt or ReCrafted for easy identification. Some reconditioners
use whatever box will fit (new or old), which can result in surface
and structural damage to the cabinets during shipment.
The bottom line:
You save money and you make your customers happier.
